We make a small number of considered pieces and ship them with care.

Processing. Orders are prepared within [1–2] business days of being placed. You'll receive a confirmation email, and a second email with tracking once your order is on its way.

Delivery times.

• Europe: [5–9] business days
• United States: [6–10] business days

These are estimates from dispatch, not guarantees. Occasionally customs or carrier delays add a few days; we appreciate your patience when they do.

Shipping cost. Shipping is free on every order. No thresholds, no surprises at checkout.

Tracking. Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in several days, or your estimated window has passed, write to us in the support chat and we'll look into it personally.

Where we ship. We currently ship across Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Wrong or damaged on arrival. If anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right — a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
